My name is Stuart Harper and I am a full-stack web developer, with a deep background and love for physics, astronomy, teaching, real-estate investing, ministry, scouting, urban homesteading, and parenting.
I got into computer programming and web development with goals to create a wide variety of programs to make life better in each of these areas and many, many others. I am skillful in my work, have a keen attention for detail and determination to make the work I am involved in succeed. I look forward to using these skills to help you achieve your goals.
I am available as a free-lance web developer/programmer to help you on your projects. I keep my rates competitive and reasonable, and strive to deliver the best quality possible. I also would be willing to do pro-bono work for charities or non-profits on a case-by-case basis, because I believe firmly in the principles of service and love for our fellow man.
